Font Research
When I was researching different fonts for my music video I came across a tutorial which would teach me how to write on words in Premiere Pro, when I was looking at this video I saw the font they used and thought it would be perfect for my music video ,my poster and my digipak. This font was listed in the description of the video and I came across a website called 'Fontspring' This website had 1000s of fonts of which were perfect for my poster.
I decided to put this font onto the poster to see what I wanted it to look like and decided I didn't like the 'New album out 1st June' I didn't like that font and colour as I thought it was very matching with all the other words I had on the poster. I also thought i'd like to have that sentence in a clearer font and small down the page. The 'bloomishly' font I wanted to use for the song name 'Cold ain't for me' as its a very bold font perfect for a sentence I want clear, I also thought being white on a colourful background instead of black would stand out more as the rest of the page is colour and black.
I then decided I wanted the 'Oceans' word to be in a different font so it was clear to the audience that oceans was the name of the artist who made the song, for his font I then used 'Mellony'
which was what I was looking for.
I then finished with these fonts, which I was very happy with and they matched my theme.
